We are thrilled to announce our annual reimagined dinner event. This year’s much-anticipated event is the

Cherishing Life Gala: “An Evening of Broadway,” which will take place at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, at the

Indiana Welcome Center (Kennedy Avenue and the 80/94 Expressway). 7770 Corinne Dr, Hammond, IN 46323

Along with a new theme, we’re excited to debut a new approach to fundraising: Table Hosting! Each table will

have a designated host responsible for selling tickets for their table and decorating it according to the theme of

a Broadway show. The tables will take center stage as the “stars of the evening” and will be judged by a panel

of local artists. Awards will be presented in three categories Most Beautiful, Most Creative and Judges’ Grand

Prize. Substantial prizes await the winners for their exceptional efforts.

The evening will begin with an Open Bar and Hors d’oeuvres, followed by a Three-Course Gourmet Dinner

prepared by renowned local chefs. The night will conclude with a professional Broadway Revue Show,

making this a one-of-a-kind dinner-show experience. Individual tickets are $125 per person or $1,250 for

a table of ten.

 

If you’re interested in hosting but need assistance, we encourage you to co-host with a friend or family

member, sharing the responsibilities of ticket sales and table decoration. Once you commit to hosting, our

Development Team will provide a detailed packet with guidance on ticket sales and table decorating. (Please

note: To ensure variety, we will allow only two tables per Broadway show theme. Themes will be reserved on a

first-come, first-served basis, so secure your favorite Broadway show early!)

This event is not only a fundraiser but also a chance to introduce extended family, friends, co-workers, or

service providers to HCA’s Cherishing Life mission and the invaluable services we provide to our communities.
